01

Terms of use

KoraLearn provides self-paced learning, company training workspaces, assessments and verifiable module-completion records. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their sign-in methods and use the service lawfully.

Company administrators are responsible for authorised learner invitations, lawful assignment of workplace training and the accuracy of content they upload. KoraLearn may suspend access that threatens platform security, infringes rights or violates these terms.

Service availability, pilot scope, learner capacity and support commitments are governed by the accepted order, pilot agreement or company plan. Features labelled beta, preview or planned are not contractual production commitments.

02

Privacy notice

KoraLearn processes account identifiers, authentication data, course progress, assessment attempts, support requests, payment references and completion records to operate and secure the learning service.

For company-managed training, the company normally determines which employees are enrolled and how training evidence is used. KoraLearn acts as the platform operator and limits each organisation to its own workspace. Platform administrators use role-based access and sensitive actions are audited.

Users can export their account data or request account deletion from the account support panel. Some payment, security, audit or completion evidence may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, legal obligations or legitimate record integrity. Contact fruanye@outlook.com for privacy questions.

03

Payments and refund policy

Paid access is activated only after KoraLearn verifies the submitted payment proof or redeems an authorised voucher. A payment request alone does not unlock paid learning.

If KoraLearn cannot provide purchased access, contact support with the order reference. Approved refunds revoke the related course entitlements and are recorded in the audit trail. Completed or substantially consumed digital courses may not be refundable except where required by applicable law.

Company pilots, setup services and custom content work follow the scope and cancellation terms in the accepted quotation or pilot agreement.

04

Completion records

A KoraLearn completion credential confirms that the named learner completed a KoraLearn module and, where applicable, met its assessment pass mark. Its verification page shows the current status of that record.

KoraLearn completion credentials are not government licences, accredited academic awards or vendor certifications. Official Microsoft, Cisco, AWS and similar credentials are issued only by their recognised certification owners and exam partners.

A completion record may be revoked or reissued to correct an error, respond to misuse or preserve record integrity. Those actions are restricted and audited.

05

Content and licensing policy

KoraLearn public learning content must be original, commissioned, openly licensed or used with documented permission. Public course governance records licensing and accessibility review status before publication.

Company customers retain responsibility for the policies, media and training materials they upload. They must not upload confidential third-party material, personal data beyond their authority, or copyrighted content without permission.

References to external certification providers are educational guidance only. KoraLearn does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or authority to issue their credentials.
